Take Care of Your Straight Hair

Straight hair is perfect for every type of face and for every age. It is reflect elegance and simplicity. Straight hair located even with the scalp. It’s make the hair accumulate the oil, make it look dull. There are some things you need to know to take care of your straight hair.

  1. The perfect brush for straight hair is a flat wide bristles brush. It can that separates your hair without pull it out. Choose a smooth bristle to avoid scalp irritation.
  2. Brush your hair before you wash your hair. It used to prevent your hair getting tousled when it is wet.
  3. Choose a deep cleansing shampoo. Pour a shampoo at your palm. Foam it by rubbing your hands together. Apply it to your hair. Scrub your scalp gently. If you have oily hair, don’t scrub your sculp. Scrub the scalp help the production of oil evenly. Don’t wash your hair every day. Wash your hair every twice a day. A shampoo works for cleaning your scalp. Use a shampoo is better than using 2 in 1 shampoo with conditioner. If you want a smoother hair, use a conditioner.
  4. Use a moisturizer conditioner to make your hair smooth and easy to be order. If your hair is oily, use basic conditioner.
  5. Don’t use the products with alcohol in their major ingredients. Alcohol will make the straight hair stick one another. Alcohol removes the oil essence in the hair. Straight hair characteristic will make alcohol remove the oil in all part of the hair.
  6. Comb your hair as soon as your hair dries. Do not comb your hair when the hair is wet. It can make your hair broken and bloom.
  7. If you want to using hair dryer, use a cold temperature for first two or three minutes. Don’t use the dryer to close with your hair. After two minutes, you can use medium or hot temperature. If wet straight hair is exposed by hot temperature, the hair will easily get broken.
  8.  Use the round brush to add volume to your hair. Place the round brush near the hair root. Put a section of hair on the round brush. Don’t put too much hair for the best result. Pull down the brush with your hand. Use the other hand to hold the hair dryer. Direct the hat from hair dryer down along your hair. Use the cold temperature is suggested.
  9. You can add a serum or hair vitamin. Use it evenly by using the wide bristles brush. Put the product on top of your bristles brush. Use it before you dry your hair.
  10.  Get regular haircut. Have a haircut every six weeks to remove splits end. Straight hair is most potential for having a split end. Split end is caused by age and dryness.

Take Care of Your Dyed Hair

Coloring your hair is the easiest way to get a hair color you want. But it’s no longer secret that coloring your hair can cause a serious damage to your hair. Most problems found is split end, dry and dull hair. The chemical substances found on hair coloring product can damage your hair and scalp. There are some tips to take care of your dyed hair. The treatments should be done before and after the coloring process.

Before you color your hair:
  • Avoid wash your hair 24 hours before the coloring process. Wash your hair can lose your natural oil on your hair and scalp.
  • When you wash your hair, choose a clarifying shampoo. Clarifying shampoo will clean up your hair from any chemical substance left on your hair. If your hair clean, it will make the coloring process perfect. The color will stand long time and spread evenly.
  • Don’t use the conditioner after washing your hair. Conditioner will layering your hair strand and makes the coloring product hard to patch on your hair.
  • Make sure that you are not allergic with the product that you will be used, take a small amount of your product and put in in your neck or back of your ear. If there is an allergic reaction, don’t use the product. If you dye your hair by your own at home, read the instruction wisely. Don’t forget to use latex rubber and towel for protect your hands and neck.


After you colored your hair:
  • Wait for 48 hours after coloring your hair if you want to wash your hair. Give the color product to grab into your hair strand. Use cold water to wash your hair. Cold water will prevent your cuticle opened and make your hair dry.
  • Use the shampoo and conditioner that specific for colored hair. The shampoo and conditioner will take care of your color. It will retain your color and take care of your hair health.
  • Never forget to use conditioner for moisture your hair. Most colored hair will have a dry texture and split end. So the moisturizer conditioner will be the best savior. Put extra amount of moisturizer on end of your hair to prevent split and reddish end.
  • Use spray conditioner special for used on dry hair. Use the product that contains sunscreen or SPF. The conditioner will layer your hair stand. The layer will protect your hair from sun, dust and light that can dry your hair.
  • Try to avoiding sunlight, alum and hair dryer. Alum can be found at your swimming pool. Those things can make your colored hair dry and dull.
  • If you want to use hair dryer, use it at cool temperature. It is better for colored hair to have a natural dry. But if you are in hurry, you can occasionally use the hair dryer. Use it on cool temperature and don’t use it too near from your hair.
  • If you want to bow your hair, don’t pull your hair too hard. Colored hair is easy to be dry. Its mean make the hair fragile and easy to break.
  •  Use hair mask, serum or other hair treatment once a week. It will help to keep the moisture.
  • Regularly to re-dye your hair to keep the color. It is wise to re-dye your hair once a month.

  •  Egg and olive oil ­- Beat two eggs and add a spoon of olive oil to them. Mix thoroughly. Take a wide teethed comb and divide your hair in different small sections. Stretch the hair with the comb and thoroughly apply this paste on it with a small brush. Wrap it in silver foils and keep for a few hours. Wash it off with a very mild shampoo and find yourself with gorgeous straight hair.
  • Hair Oil – heating up your hair oil, and wait until the temperature down so the hot oil is warm enough to be massage on your scalp for 15-20 minutes. Then comb your hair and covered it with warm towel for about 30 minutes. This warm oil works with the same principle like an iron hair. This warm oil provides moisture for your hair follicle, so it will stretch the wavy and curly hair.

Kelly Osbourne wear $250,000 black diamond nail polish

Kelly Osbourne is well known as the daughter of legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne. Recently she makes big news. That fashion police co-host became center of attention when she attended 2012 Emmy’s. She attended the show by using a $250,000 nail polish on her nails.  She also look gorgeous by using a purple couture Zac Posen gown. The look was created by celebrity stylist, Nicolas Bru. He was very inspired by a neo-goth look and Kelly’s own red carpet style. Kelly Osbourne posted a picture on Instagrammed of her shiny dark nails with the caption, “I’m s**tting myself to have that much money on my nails!” She also said that she felt very worried using that expensive nail polish. It’s felt like wearing too much money on her nails.

The nail polish Osbourne used is made by Azature. Azature is New York based luxury jeweler.  Azature produces a $250,000 black diamond nail polish. Azature describe it as a “Black Diamond King” nail polish. This nail polish contains 267 carats of real black diamonds. No wonder this nail polish costs that much money. He created nail polish for serve the elegance of  black diamond. But for you who wants the luxury experience on your nails. Azature also produces the cheaper version. It is sold for $25 dolars each bottle. According to Azature press released, it will be sold at Fred Segal.

A few days after the 2012 Emmy’s, Kelly Osbourne had a lot of negative comment. Many people said that she was ridiculous. Then she gave her comment by posted some tweet:
I see that my nail polish has offended some of you, however I see your point, but it was a once in a lifetime experience. #MyApologizes - MissKellyO

Then she posted the tweet that showed that she didn’t pay $250,000 for her nails:

However, Azature only produce one bottle of $250,000 black diamond nail polish. Then there was confusion about the nail polish Kelly Osbourne used. The picture she posted on Instagramm look like the bottle for $25 dollar version. But she convinced E! Fashion Police viewers that she used the $250,000 version. She also allowed E! Cam to record art process of polishing the expensive nail art

Jessica Simpson Lost 60 Pounds of Her Weight

32 years old Hollywood singer and actress, Jessica Simpson got her weight back. Jessica showed her overweight body after known she pregnant her second child, Maxwell Drew. She and her former NFL fiancé, Eric Johnson, welcomed their baby girl Maxwell at May 1 2012.

A lot of people gave too much attention and pressure to Jessica while she was pregnant. She gained 70 pounds as her baby weight, make her looked so fat. Many people give hard comment about her look. But she was just so happy to wait for baby Maxwell, and did not care about the comment.

When she realized that her body didn’t back right after she gave birth, she thought she need some act. She needs to lose 60 pounds of her weight. When she was asked for being spoke person for Weight Watcher, she directly accepted it. She also known signed the contract from the program for four million US dollars. Weight Watcher has been already known as diet program that successfully lose so many people and artist’s weight in healthy way.

 She started at July 2012. She started her diet program by consumed smoothies for 15 days. For first 5 days she had 3 glasses of smoothies and two healthy snacks every single day. Then for the next five days, she had two glasses of smoothies, one healthy snack and healthy meal every single day. At the last five days, she had one glass of smoothies, one healthy snack and two healthy meals every single day. Weight Watcher program include several different healthy meal for each day foe each person. But Jessica decided to consume her healthy meal menu made by her ex personal chef. After fifteen days, she committed to having a healthy meal plan. Her meal plan is include chicken satay, egg whites, soba noodle and two crunchy healthy snacks.

After six month of dedication, she successfully lost 60 pounds of her weight. She made her first lost weight appearance at the launching of clothing line. She wears a beautiful blouse and jeans to show enough of her new amazing body. Her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak give a positive comment of her new look. She said that Jessica done an amazing thing. She come to studio for exercising four times a week and never missed her schedule. Maybe that’s another secret of her amazing weight loose. 

She admitted that it is not an easy thing to do to jumping into program and try to get her weight back. Nevertheless she needs to stop eating macaroni and cheese, her favorite snack while she was pregnant. That is why she joining strict Weight Watcher diet program. She said she not a supermodel, and that can be such a pressure to losing weight. She just want to be everyday woman who feeling good and healthy for her new daughter and her fiancé.


Jessica Simpson recently also shown up her new amazing body at Halloween day. She tweet her picture to the fans. She wore a tight fitted costume next to her fiancé and her baby, Maxwell. She really shows her curve with that costume. I think we already have our sexy Jessica Simpson back.

Some expert says that the best time to go to bed is at 10 o’clock at night.

Some people lose their weight by not to skip meal. By being starving, you think you can lose the weight. But it can caused your belly big and not lose your weight. If you are starving for too long, the body will release the hormone. That hormone will convert the calories in your stomach into fat. And if you are starving, you will eat too much at next day. It caused slow metabolism. And caused the calorie you eat turns into fat at your belly area. Try to eat constantly with small portion a day. And it is important to not sleep at least three hours after you eat.

Grey Hairs at Young Age

Grey hairs usually found at old people. But recently, so many young people have grey hairs. In our hair’s root, some of them can’t produce the pigment. If the pigment is decrease, the hair is become blonde. Then the hair will finally will become grey. Usually grey hairs show at old people because the production of the melanin is decrease. The metabolism for producing the melanin is getting slow. In some case, it gets stopped.

  2. Smoking – a small scale of observation said that smoking can cause grey hairs at young age. Smoke from the cigarette can cause wrinkle and yellow teeth. So it is believe that it will damage your hair.
  3. Shampoo and hair coloring. Some shampoo and hair coloring will cause grey hairs at young age. If those products contain too much sulfur, it will damage your hair. It will cause your hair become dry, then dead and become grey. 
  4. Junk food – foods from hormonal technologies and had preservative ingredients will damage the metabolism. It also will effect on circulation of oxygen and nutrition to the scalp. That will finally effect on melanin production and cause grey hairs.
  5. Stress – stress can damage the DNA on your body. Stress depletes your vitamin B that can damage the hair. The melanin production will get stuck, that cause the greys hair.
  6. Medical condition – there are some medical problem that can cause greys hair. Anemia pernisiosa can cause grey hair. Anemia pernisiosa is lack of blood condition. People who having chemotherapy is also known for having grey hairs problem.

There are some things you can do to prevent greys hair at young age:
  1. Eat system - eat a lot of food that contain vitamin B12. Nutrition from vitamin B12 can be found from meat, oyster, fish like salmon or tuna, chicken, egg and milk. Also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables that contain antioxidant. Not eating junk food also a good way to prevent grey hair.
  2. Happy - be happy and avoiding stressful activity. Try to have an exercise like yoga or meditation if you have a busy life. Some people will easily to get stress when they are too busy.
  3.  Acupuncture – acupuncture will repair your broken nerves. It can also impulse the blood transportation in your head and prevent the grey hairs.

Then it caused your hormone become not balance and cause acne. Cow’s milk also contains DHT substance that can increase the production of sebum. Too much sebum on your skin known as the cause of acne. Some dairy product also high of sugar. High sugar means high blood sugar level. High blood sugar level can cause over production of sebum and testosterone, which can cause acne.
  3. High sugar foods and drinks – average American people consume 125 pounds of table sugar every year. That a high number for sugar consumption. Sugar is not too god for your body. It can ruin your immune system, loss of skin tissue elasticity and depression. Those three things cause high blood sugar, dull skin stress. So it is clear that sugar absolutely can cause acne on your face. Try to control your consumption of candy, soda, and ice cream. High blood sugar level can also lead you to other serious health problem like diabetes and digestion problem.
  4. Foods with high iodine level – iodine actually can give a lot of benefits to our body. But you have to look after the portion. Iodine can be found in several industrial salts and fast food menu. It also found at egg yolk, seafood, and spinach. Iodine can stimulate the over production on your hormone. Some case found that people which consume too much iodized sugar have a thyroid problem. The thyroid will produce too much hormone. For you who don’t want to have acne, avoid iodized food. Try to use salt from the sea and don’t consume too much egg yolk, seafood and spinach. Something that too much isn’t good for you.
  5. Caffeine – research said that coffee can cause acne. Other drinks like tea and energy drinks also have a chance for creating acne. Caffeine creates acne with two ways. Caffeine stimulates the testosterone level. The testosterone level will highly flight up and cause high level of sebum too. Then acne comes to your skin.   2. Dark colored drinks – dark color soda is so dangerous. It contains high level of citric acid and sugar. The acid will leave stain on your teeth.
