Jessica Simpson Lost 60 Pounds of Her Weight

32 years old Hollywood singer and actress, Jessica Simpson got her weight back. Jessica showed her overweight body after known she pregnant her second child, Maxwell Drew. She and her former NFL fiancé, Eric Johnson, welcomed their baby girl Maxwell at May 1 2012.

A lot of people gave too much attention and pressure to Jessica while she was pregnant. She gained 70 pounds as her baby weight, make her looked so fat. Many people give hard comment about her look. But she was just so happy to wait for baby Maxwell, and did not care about the comment.

When she realized that her body didn’t back right after she gave birth, she thought she need some act. She needs to lose 60 pounds of her weight. When she was asked for being spoke person for Weight Watcher, she directly accepted it. She also known signed the contract from the program for four million US dollars. Weight Watcher has been already known as diet program that successfully lose so many people and artist’s weight in healthy way.

 She started at July 2012. She started her diet program by consumed smoothies for 15 days. For first 5 days she had 3 glasses of smoothies and two healthy snacks every single day. Then for the next five days, she had two glasses of smoothies, one healthy snack and healthy meal every single day. At the last five days, she had one glass of smoothies, one healthy snack and two healthy meals every single day. Weight Watcher program include several different healthy meal for each day foe each person. But Jessica decided to consume her healthy meal menu made by her ex personal chef. After fifteen days, she committed to having a healthy meal plan. Her meal plan is include chicken satay, egg whites, soba noodle and two crunchy healthy snacks.

After six month of dedication, she successfully lost 60 pounds of her weight. She made her first lost weight appearance at the launching of clothing line. She wears a beautiful blouse and jeans to show enough of her new amazing body. Her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak give a positive comment of her new look. She said that Jessica done an amazing thing. She come to studio for exercising four times a week and never missed her schedule. Maybe that’s another secret of her amazing weight loose. 

She admitted that it is not an easy thing to do to jumping into program and try to get her weight back. Nevertheless she needs to stop eating macaroni and cheese, her favorite snack while she was pregnant. That is why she joining strict Weight Watcher diet program. She said she not a supermodel, and that can be such a pressure to losing weight. She just want to be everyday woman who feeling good and healthy for her new daughter and her fiancé.


Jessica Simpson recently also shown up her new amazing body at Halloween day. She tweet her picture to the fans. She wore a tight fitted costume next to her fiancé and her baby, Maxwell. She really shows her curve with that costume. I think we already have our sexy Jessica Simpson back.
